When L.I.F.T. (Lisa's Individualized Fitness Training) was formed in 1990 the purpose was twofold.  It was a resource for athletes to receive the sport specific conditioning they needed with the emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation.  Secondly, it was a source of individualized training for the "athlete-to-be".  With the emphasis on training plans and movement patterns, the average "exerciser" could learn to value the strength and worth of their body.  "Discipline" would not be viewed as the "punishment" that so many have come to know, but rather as a choice and ability to follow a chosen path.

There needed to be a place where everyone else could get coaching appropriate for their level of skill, learn to participate in events, and feel good about their progress.  Feel good about themselves.  Enjoy life!

REALIGN

Whether you are an athlete or an executive, an adult or a teen, your body was built to MOVE.
labor • sports • yoga • housework • play

LIFT Performance Enhancement is a multi-dimensional approach to helping you be the strongest, the most efficient, and the best you can be.

REEDUCATE

REBUILD

REALIGN: Return your body to proper postural alignment by lengthening tight muscles and strengthening others.  This is accomplished through massage, conditioning, and creating awareness.
REEDUCATE: If you come in with a body that is not working "right", we want you to leave doing something different, something better.  Once you are aligned better, you need to relearn movement patterns that are normal in your life.  This may be simple activities of daily living, or more complex sport skills.
REBUILD: Get strong!  The goal is to stay injury free, perform at your optimal level, and delay that body decay that so many know as "aging".

One should not engage in a fitness, sport, or training program without first being examined by a medical physician.  LIFT Performance Enhancement and its employees are not trained in the are of medicine; recommendations should not be taken as such.
