Flexibility work can be active or passive.  It can be relaxing, or it can be stress inducing.  The focus can be on affecting the joints, the muscles, or the fascia.  Yin Multisport focuses on the needs of the athlete, especially during the endurance training cycle.  Stretches go beyond the muscles so that joints and fascia range of motion can improve.   Poses focus on countering the stress of the sport and include work on rest, recovery, and visualization for improved sport performance.
